Bangladesh is a vital hub in the global garment industry—and for good reason. It’s home to incredible craftsmanship and an essential workforce that drives much of the world’s fashion production. But it’s also a place where labour rights need constant attention and care. That’s why we’re committed to working responsibly, with integrity and respect for the people behind our products.

We don’t claim to be perfect. But we do take full ownership of our responsibility—to make sure that everything we produce is made under fair, safe, and respectful conditions. That starts with how we select and work with our manufacturing partners.

Guided by Responsibility

All factories we work with undergo independent audits through established programs like Sedex, BSCI and WRAP. These help ensure that working conditions, safety, and labour rights are in line with international expectations. Audits alone aren’t enough, but they’re a meaningful part of how we stay informed and engaged.

We also apply a simple rule: if something doesn’t meet our ethical standards, we don’t move forward. We avoid grey zones and shortcuts—because in an industry that too often tolerates both, we’ve chosen a clearer path.

People at the Heart of Production

We believe that ethical production begins with people—not processes. Many of the individuals making our products are women supporting their families, and they deserve to be seen, heard, and treated fairly. Respecting their rights is not a marketing angle—it’s a value we live by.

Always Evolving

We’re constantly learning. As conditions evolve, so do we—adapting, improving, and staying close to what’s happening on the ground. This work is ongoing, and we approach it with openness and humility. Progress matters more to us than perfection.

We choose to work in Bangladesh because we believe in its potential—and we’re proud to support positive change through long-term, respectful partnerships.

Fair labour is not a checkbox. It’s a mindset. And we’re committed to getting it right—not just once, but every day.
